Great! The atmosphere in the office is ideal - warm, welcoming, encouraging, professional with a commitment to excellence in service. Diane, Jenny, Courtney, Bonte, Brenda and Robert are like family and they make their patients feel we are part of it. Can't imagine a better dental experience anywhere.
Friendly and professional
Robert is the best dentist I have ever been to and is incredibly honest. If you are looking for a long-term dentist and practice, Robert is your guy.

Jenny, the dental assistant, does a superb cleaning job.. I have been going to this practice for decades, since Robert's father was the dentist and the treatment has been consistently very good. I've moved away from the area, but still come back for my dental work.
My husband, son and I all see Dr. Dixon. He is an exceptional dentist and we love his entire staff. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Dixon has been our dentist since 1998, when we moved to Charlotte. He came highly recommended by a family friend. When we had kids, they too started going to Dr Dixon. He and his staff are professional, but very friendly. They are always on time and are efficient. They take care of everything, like filing with insurance. Even the ease of parking and the location help make the trip to the dentist a great experience. I would highly recommend Dr Dixon and his wonderful staff!
