Very professional and caring staff ready to help and making sure they attend to the patient needs.
From the moment I walked in each staff member was polite. The medical student along with the resident Dr. Johnson were attentive and patient. When Dr, Gutman entered the room he made constant eye contact and listened to all my concerns. Asking questions more questions of me caused me to know Dr. Gutman wanted to resolve my issues. Great listening team

My service with Dr. Gutman was excellent and there are no issues. Following is the reason for a low rating: My appointment was for 2 p.m. I received a phone call around 10 a.m, that day, asking if I could come in at 1 p.m? I told the receptionist that I could be there at 1:15 p.m. I arrived at 1:02 p.m. It was after 3 p.m when I saw Dr. Gutman. He apologized for the lateness in seeing me; but, commented on I had come in early. I told him that his service called me and asked me to come in early. I was definitely upset. I rear... read more
