i love doctor zeitlin he is the best oral surgeon i know.he very caring to patient needs and always had a 24hr # to be reach.

I have only good things to say about Dr. Zeitlin and his back office help..Both the doctor and his assistants made my visits at all times not a stressful situation...Dr. Zeitlin has always returned my calls and he can be reached almost anytime a patient needs him.

Dr. Zeitlin is a kind caring person. His work is wonderful. He will make you feel completely at ease. His front office lacks his attitude.

I've always had excellent results from whatever treatment (for me, it's been extractions with sedation) he has performed. HOWEVER, I could not in good conscience ever recommend anyone going to his office after the experience I've had in the past few weeks due to the office staff and manager. It has become impossible to make an appointment. I had to go to the office in person 3 times to get an apointment, only to have it cancled hours before I was due to be in the office. Dr. Zeitlin is a very capable oral surgeon and I have had complete success with every procedure he has performed on me. My complaints are that the office waits are very long (although he is accommodating in an emergency), I still have outstanding claims from mos. ago, and his office staff leaves much to be desired in the way of customer service.

He is suppose to be the best and I am very satisfied with his work. His surgical assistants are excellent. His office staff is the worst. The mess up appointments and have no idea of how to prioritize and do not know how to speak to people in a way that makes them satisfied.

Dr. Zeitlin is a compassionate , pleasant and patient dentist. The problem is , till you get to him, you have to deal with his secretary who makes the appts. and takes the messages. She is the nastiest and rudest person I have ever met, and she is rude to EVERYONE including the office staff, and she lies without a blink of the eye, it is obvious to anyone listening that she is making up the stories as she goes along. Dr. Zeitlin removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth, all of which were exploded, which made for an easy extraction. He was quick, friendly, had a sense of humor and made the experience very easy for me. As far as cost, I am unsure as how much was charged to my insurance but I had a very low co-pay. I didn't intereact with the staff much but they did not give me bad impression either. I didn't have any problems with my surgery and the medications took care of pain and risk of infection. I would definitely recommend.
