Optometrist did not have contacts in when I wanted trials. Paid for my fitting. Never contacted me about them coming in. Incorrectly told by staff that I already received it. Big confusion later in what I paid for and they leave one voicemail while im in the hospital and refund the appt. Go up to talk to them about it and they said since refunded, there's now no fitting.
