My questions were answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, especially the receptionist. I didn't feel welcome there. I found the office, but only because I had very clear directions. The only reason that I continue to go is because my child had his braces placed by this provider. I lost one of my insurances and the receptionist got very rude. I still had insurance but she didn't listen to me. We stopped service there and continued to bill my insurance without my child being seen for 2 or 3 months. They didn't apologize... read more
