I saw Dr. Detch last week to arrange for surgery for a medial meniscus tear. He didn't want to schedule surgery and instead gave me a cortisone shot. Less than 24 hours later I was in extreme pain. I contacted him and arranged for a follow-up visit. I explained the shot had taken discomfort and turned it into full on pain. Again he refused to schedule surgery. He said he would contact my neurologist today and get back to me. I never heard back from him. DR. DETCH YOU ARE FIRED!
You are not going to get steered wrong with Dr. Detch. Very much a straight shooter. He'll look you in the eye and tell you how it is, and how he's going to fix it. Then he'll tell you what you have to do, and his expectations for your future health. Pretty simple stuff! WIsh all doctors were like this. Thanks for my improved life, Dr. Detch!
I had a complete hip replacement two weeks ago and I'm doing very well I'm very satisfied with his work I had a very bad experience on my other hip and this is very very different I have no pain and I'm on my way to recovery I highly recommend this doctor !
DR Detch is caring and one of the best. He takes the time to listen to your concerns,answer your questions, and highly skilled. He is truly dedicated to healing and helping his patience.
I had 2 total Hip-replacements done by Dr. Detch this past year. Right Hip about 1 year ago and the left one just about 4 Month ago. Dr. Detch did an awesome job. My pain is gone which is most important. I am back to working out and doing Yoga and doing the things I enjoy doing !! Thank you Dr. Detch
