I can’t afford VIP CARE, but I did see Doctor Winter in the clinic and he was absolutely amazing! I would see him again if I was financially able.

Dr Winter is experienced, knowledgable and supportive. He and his entire team are excellent care givers.
I love my doctor. Have been seeing him for nearly 36 years. I am not happy that he went to this program. It was too expensive last year, the price increased this year. I don't plan to use it for next year.
