Dr. Oates is one of the best doctors I know; certainly the best urologist. He is an incredibly skilled surgeon and takes great care of all his patients, no matter who they are or what they are seeking medical help for. The nurses he works with are friendly and excellent at their jobs. I would definitely recommend him.
Worst doctor I have ever seen. So rude. So arrogant. He may be smart, but he needs to get a clue about how to deal with human beings.
