Front staff is the worst at customer service at the Dallas location. They make you feel that you are an inconvenienced to them. They do not care about the patients. Was going there because of the great doctor but now I am thinking of changing to another location due to the front office staff. I don't recommend it due to front office staff, they are not friendly at ALL.
I regret not reading the reviews before making an appointment with Dr. Gross. The office staff were consistently rude and unprofessional, just as many others have mentioned in their reviews. It is surprising that this issue has not been addressed despite numerous complaints. From the moment I walked in, I should have known something was wrong. The customer service at this office is awful! The guy at the front desk is incredibly rude and we have had just an overall terrible experience! It’s too bad that this office doesn’t care about how they treat their customers.
I like the doctor but, the front desk people are just rude the man and the girl specially the man there he always has an attitude .
