He is a very good eye doctor, but his office is poorly run. I called to make sure he was not running behind; was assured he was on time only to show up to learn he was running approximately 1.5 hours behind. My time is valuable also.
I've seen Dr Cykiert for years and he's a very good doctor. The problem has always been ridiculously long wait times with no effort to alert patients that he's running behind. Impossible to get early morning appointments unless you make them a year in advance. My time is valuable too, although most MDs don't seem to understand or respect that.
