My earlier review had a response from Dr. Robert Crawford. Weird how he has yet to contact me. He was on vacation when this happened. However, he did retaliate now by getting a bad review. I have been discharged as a patient. I got the letter from Dr. Crawford today. Seems like they’re more concerned with reviews than their patient’s health. I would not send an enemy there. Office manager, Jerri Made a mistake reading an email and had the wrong dates. She proceeded to call me and start screaming at me while I’m lying in bed sick. When she realized she was wrong, she gave a half ass apology. And when I told her you don’t speak to people that way that’s disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourself. Dr. Kona was there on a Friday a couple weeks ago. I went there because I lost my appetite and she wanted to Baker Act me. She suggested that I go to Park Royal, which has nothing but 1 star reviews. That place is a hellhole supposedly and she wanted me to go there. I called back twice to speak with her about her recommendation and she ducked my calls twice.
