I didn't like my experience. I found Dr. Coni to be arrogant with a terrible bedside manner that came across as a strong sense of superiority. As a potential patient, new to the area, with a long-term condition I did not feel listened to or heard. My file had not been reviewed prior to the appointment after having had it for some time prior. Even argued with me if their office had it even though I had confirmed its arrival. Dr Coni is the best of the best! He listens and provides information in a clear, easy to understand way. He is kind and patient and brilliant. In addition his entire team is top notch. The front office, nurses etc are attentive and thorough. End to end a great team of people.
Dr. Coni and his Assistant were excellent. They were professional and thorough in explaining both my situation and his. His receptive staff were very kind and pleasant to work with also. I wish him the best in his future endeavors.
