Robert Cleeve was so incredibly helpful and patient in helping my fiancé and I customize a family heirloom ring for my Engagement ring. He spent time meeting with us in person at his shop to discuss metal, design, shape, and thickness. He created a silicon mould that I could try on before he went to work. The finished product ended up being exactly what I wanted, my dream Engagement ring and fit perfectly.
