In my 57 years it was possibly the worst experience from start to finish. (Exception - Dr Wong). If you wish to be treated like a number or commodity this is the right facility. Top reason for negative review, Staff. Initial appointment was disaster. I brought my better half as a 2nd ear as this was a 2nd opinion. Not one individual out of (4) introduced themselves, said hello, you are, I am (including Dr Chuong! makes 5). They kept asking repeated questions from the initial questionnaire (all 5). I have seen him periodically since 1995, when he removed an enormous cyst that had eaten all the way through my mandible. He is the best doctor of any kind I have ever had or ever will have.

Five star doctor he is! Dr. Chuong is so professional and provides such compassionate care. Dr. Chuong provides thorough review of the patient's condition, prescribes helpful medication, offers his own emergency number if needed, and explains everything so well. A soft-spoken gentleman, his patient care is superb.

I have had a variety of oral surgery issues over the years. Dr. Chuong has helped me on many occasions. he is an excellent doctor.

First off, I'd like to just point out how helpful the office staff is here. Very nice to work with, professional and knowledgeable. Doctor Chuong is fantastic, very talented and has a good sense of humor. Going in for surgery of any kind is terrifying and they're all aware of how nerve wrenching it can be. Can't thank them enough here for giving me such a great experience. 100000% recommend

I have seen Dr. Chuong several times over the past 10 years, for extractions, a dental implant and a biopsy. He is thorough, honest and very straightforward. I recommend him to my friends and family.

The doctor was nice, informative, and spent lots of time with me in diagnosing and recommending treatment for my chronic jaw infection.
