I had a big jawbone lesion that do not happen very often. Only 3 oral surgeons, out of 7 I saw were willing to take my case. I went with Dr Chuong upon a friend’s recommendation because his wife had a TMJ done by Dr Chuong about 20 yrs ago and had a wonderful experience. My experience ended being the same also. All his office staff was very nice and professional. This provider prescribed a Black Label antibiotic. That did not sit well with me.

Needed molar removed and all went well. Reasonable charge and the staff was pleasant, especially Isabella his assistant. Would recommend if asked.
I went to Dr. Robert Chuong for a new mouthguard. I called first and was told they charged $2100 but when she heard I had Medicare and a secondary insurance, I was told he participated in both and it would cost me only a small copay. He charged insurance almost $5500 and my small copay ended up being over $280! Every time I came back for an adjustment (3 times) he would go to a workstation where I could not see what he was doing, and when I put it in my mouth again it still hurt. And I was charged. Brilliant, humble, compassionate--the ideal doctor.
Absolute worst place. This office was filthy and staff didn't wear masks. There were sick people in the office & no safety precautions were taken. We waited over 2 hrs past our appointment time. The staff was beyond rude, along w/Dr. Chuong. Hands down, the worst medical office I've ever experienced. If you value your health, safety & time, stay away.
