This doctor's office has been extremely difficult to work with from day one. It took 3 weeks to get my first appointment with the doctor which wasn't a bad experience in all honesty but since then they don't return calls, the staff is extremely unprofessional (it seems like they use an outsourced call center that is very difficult to reach and cannot answer any questions), they take 3+ weeks just to begin the process to submit an orthopedic referral request (actually it's still not initiated because they haven't returned my ... read more

I needed a referral to a pain specialist, and until then needed coverage of my pain meds. I've seen 10 different pain specialists, none of which helped, and pain meds are the only thing that has given me a life to live, otherwise I'm largely bed ridden and unable to focus on anything but pain. So Dr. Schreiman agreed to bridge me until I could get an appointment with a specialist, as they don't prescribe it ordinarily due to the crackdown on pain meds.
