Dr. Matthias took the time necessary to understand my injury and situation and helped to get me where I need to be, thank you so much sir
Dr Matthias is an incredibly gifted, skilled & proficient surgeon, but trying to schedule a surgery with the office staff is impossible. I have left 5 messages to try to schedule an appointment that I had, which the office cancelled. They left a voice mail on my phone & requested that I call back, which I did, but after 5 attempts I have received nothing from them; no response, no messages, nothing. I may be forced to seek medical care elsewhere. Very disappointed in the lack of & poor customer service.
