Receptionist extremely rude, staff uncooperative Been going thee for 3 years and no problem This year WOW. My insurance company requires a referral, but this year they refuse to fax the referral. Insurance company reached out also. It is their responsibility. I also asked to have Dr DiCaprio call me in regards to an incident that happened to his toe. Dr. DiCaprio is very good with his patients, but his receptionist is very rude to people she speaks to on the phone. I wouldn’t want to deal with her.
Dr. DiCaprio is an excellent podiatrist. He takes time to listen to his patients concerns and offers options and care.
