This office needs to do a much better job respecting appointment times. My daughter had a 12:30 appointment, and we arrived early at 12:20. By 1:00, she still had not been seen, and we had to leave without being seen at all because she had to be at work by 1:30. This is the second or third time this has happened to us, and it is unacceptable. Appointments are scheduled for a reason, and patients’ time should be valued.
