Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
