The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Been going to Dr. Rosequist for nearly 20 years...he is awesome and saved my dad's life!
Worst office staff I have ever met and the doctors will defend the staff. They will tell you they will call in or send a perscription in an hour. 2 hours later at the pharmacy it is not done. When I called back they wanted to act like they were in control and said that it takes them 2-5 hours to get this process done due to 30 people being before me. I told them I was the only one there in the office. I insisted, I was told 1 hour and I gave them 2 and its not here. They argued some more, I told them no, they were not going ... read more
When going over my medication I explained to the Doctor that I have a medication for Desperation that I get from a psychiatrist. Her mouth gaped open and she said "Why on earth would you need to go to a psychiatrist". I was also getting some meds refilled for blood pressure. She told me she would give me a Rx for the blood pressure meds for 3 months. The Rx never got to the drug store and after calling Family Care for 3 weeks with promises that someone would get back to me, They finely did. They told me to find a new Doctor ... read more
