Above and beyond! Dr. Howell and his staff are kind, professional, and top notch! My daughter has anxiety and I was really worried about her getting a filling, Dr.Howell and his cute staff made her feel safe, calm and they did her dental work without giving her a shot! What could have been a very stressful experience was a very good experience and she left with a smile on her face!
We love Dr. Howell We take all of our 3 kids to Dr. Howell's office and we have loved the experience since the very first time. Dr. Howell and his staff go beyond our expectations. My oldest son (age 4) fell and chipped his front tooth, Dr howell did an excelent job putting a porcelain crown for him, the job he did was amazing it even looks like his own tooth. Dr. Howell is great!! We take our 3 young children (4 yr old daughter, 3 yr old son and 1 yr old son) to dr. howell, he and his staff are great with them, our daughter has needed several caps on her back teeth due to deep "valleys" making it very difficult for a tooth brush to reach the center of her molers as dr. howell explained. We've Been Very Pleased I've really liked Dr. Howell for my children's dentist. Dr. Howell and his assistants go above and beyond to make sure my children are well taken care of... my kids get hand written notes mailed to them, they get a phone call after each procedure to see how they're feeling, I get a letter telling me about how well they did, etc. Yes, he's a little more pricey than I would like to pay, but his procedures are top notch with the latest and greatest equipment. Great Dentist and Staff Excellent service my child got sealants on his teeth. Service from staff was exceptional, they were kind and caring in a fun atmosphere. Dr. Howell really cares about my childs health and well being. I would recommend them to anyone that has a child under age 18
Excellent Service Dr. Howell and his staff really go above and beyond your expectations! My 5 year old son went in for a cleaning and it was a fun, kind, caring experience. On his second visit my son went in to get sealants done and Dr. Howell was gentle, kind and caring. I would recommend Orem Pediatric Dentistry to anyone with a child. They really care about the whole experience your child goes through seeing the dentist. My son has been happy with each visit. So have I :) - excellent service
Would definitely NOT recommend Our 4 yr old had a cavity between his front teeth...we were given the option between a $600 crown or extracting his teeth. We debated between the crown and extraction...Dr Howell told us there were no risks or downsides to extracting his teeth. We decided to have his teeth extracted since he'd be losing them in the next year or two anyway and Dr Howell agreed with our decision. Terrible Dentist. Dr. Howell is the WORST dentist I have ever been to. He outright told my daughter to sit down and shut up. I cant believe he is even in business with how poorly he treat children. He told me that they all had terrible teeth and that most needed to be filled. He offers the most expensive treatments and then becomes frustrated when someone disagrees with him. He treats his staff terrible and hurt my kids's feelings, which was so uncalled for. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
