I had many gas leaks and they took my meter. Called to see if they could come help me. Jeremy and Robbie came as soon as they could. Not only did they find more gas leaks, they also found illegal piping. Needles to say we had to have all the piping redone. From the meter to inside the house. This was a Monday. Found myself with an unexpected ceiling leak that turned out to be a busted pipe. Within hours of my inquiry of an estimate Mr Robert stopped by after 5pm, an affordable quote for repair was received before 9am the next day and my leak was fixed by 3pm. Jeremy and Cliff were super friendly and answered any questions I had throughout and after the repair process. I appreciate their patience and simple term explanations.
I can’t thank Robert Brown Plumbing enough for all their help when we had a water issue. It was my Husband’s retirement day and having to deal with a flooded master bath and bedroom wasn’t exactly on our list of things to do that day. They were quick, honest, and SO VERY helpful. I use them for all my plumbing issues and HIGHLY recommend them. They will always have my business.
