RecommendedWonderful experience using Robert Brown Plumbing! Receptionist was pleasant to talk to and was able to make me a service appointment when I asked. Got a phone call before my appointment to let us know they would be arriving soon!Technician was on time, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! Although we ended up needing a new water heater (bummer) it was installed right away and we were back with hot water in no time at all! Would recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Our water tank and pump went out at our house and we called Robert Brown to schedule an appointment for him to check it out. He went out of his way and stopped by on his way out of town. It may have only taken him 15-20 minutes to do a diagnostic. After him explaining what was wrong and what parts we needed we decided to replace everything ourselves. We called today about a bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain. They were here within an hour and completed the repairs promptly ! Highly recommend !!!
Let's see now...what do I like about RBP.....just about EVERYTHING, that's all! On time..they don't lolligag (lol!) around...honest...professional...reasonable...and they opened an account for me, so I didn't have to come up with a chunk of money upfront. Every business should be run like RBP!
