This review warrants a minus 0. Visited Dr Brennan, Robert 8/16/24 for a painful shoulder - he offered steroids without any testing or examination and I objected, preferring to start with MRI and therapy. He ordered an Xray and after the lab results, on 9/6, I called the office to request a MRI for a better diagnosis - I was told that the Dr would call me back later that day. Doctor Brennan is an amazing genius I had knee surgery yesterday and I'm weight bearing today no swelling no pain And if you have a problem setting your appointment go on the portal it's very simple they are very busy people 😁 if I could I'd give him 10 Stars. I wouldn't go to any other surgeon! I would also like to thank his staff they worked miracles to get this surgery approved and went out of their way. So a very special thank you to Nelly and all of them!

Called office 13 days after my office visit with an important question. Answering machine states they check messages multiple times per day...no callback Repeat day 2 and after connecting to their portal, btw never provided portal login data, sent a direct message, no acknowledgement or reply. Called another time to the phone number, same no answer to answering machine, no response. I'll take my business elsewhere. Update: 1 1/2 months from my original guestion, I get a call on the phone asking if I had a question...

you ever need an orthopedic specialist, I do not recommend Dr. Brennan. I had a horrible experience. He gave me an improper diagnosis and the only treatment he offered was opioids. He also gave me false information relating to my medical condition. He said due to my injury, I wouldn’t be able to carry children. This was the extent of the information he provided me. I’ve had different orthopedic specialists look at the same X-ray he did and disprove his diagnosis. My new orthopedist also informed me that he has written NOTHIN... read more
