Every aspect of making the appointment to checking in for the appointment and seeing Dr Bourne was uncomplicated and prompt. The entire staff was kind and friendly. The nurse who took my vitals and the x-ray technitican were excellent with no waiting, esay to follow and made me feel comfortable. And Dr Bourne was the same! I left his office feeling this was the best experiemce I have ever had at a doctiors office in my entire 81 years. Wow! I wish I had taken pictures to share, but I did not think of it at the time.
I saw Dr Bourne and told him my knee hurt. I have had steroid shots in the past. I asked for one and he administered the medication. Very professional and personable. I would see him again if needed.
