Love the staff and care I receive at DCoA! Emily and Lindsey, both always greet you with a smile and treatment as if you're a lifelong friend when you're walking up to the window. That in itself sets the precedence for the entire appointment. Their kindness just has a calming effect that sometimes is much needed in a waiting room.
