Buyer Beware. From day 1, we had issues from cabinets not staying up to finding out the plumbing was put in incorrectly. Seven years later. It’s not surprising to find out the AC was installed incorrectly. Houses are beautiful, but the workers he hires have no idea what they are doing and you will regret the issues that come up down the road. Horrible customer service.
On Robert’s website, he has three key traits listed. They are, stable, communication and great service. Those statements are accurate! I interviewed two builders to build our home. Robert, by far was the best choice. He not only engaged me, but engaged my wife, asking her what she wanted and how she felt about certain aspects of the home and process.
