This practice owes me a star back… they don’t deserve the one I’m required to give. If you have absolutely nothing to do besides waste your day waiting for your appointment, this is your guy. Overbooks patients and makes them wait for hours. Show up early to appointment, half hour past appointment time get called into back room to wait at least an hour.
