I visited Sr Vogel 2-3 times because of terrible issues with floaters, flashers and diminishing eye sight that came on very suddenly. I knew something was terribly wrong. His response was always the same … just aging although I was only in my early 60’s. Just ignore it. I relocated and had to see new retina specialist within first week because of new symptoms. A technician refracted me (2021) and wrote a new Rx for my glasses. Then Dr. Vogel saw me. After the exam he handed me the Rx. Turned out to be the same Rx he had given me TWO YEARS earlier. I later learned that he had changed the new Rx but didn't refract me to check it, and didn't tell me he had changed it. It was total waste of money.
