Dr. Rosequist is a 10☆ doctor and 20☆ person. He has cared for me and my family for 30+ years. His staff and team of specialists are top notch. He has literally save my life twice by way of referring me to wonderful surgeons. The health care system has evolved during the past 3 decades. I am so grateful that I engaged Dr. Bob many years ago.
RUN! Since being absorbed by Advent Health this practice has nosedived. The doctors and PA's have to see 8 patients an hour to keep up quota, I was told this by an attending doctor during an appointment. There is zero time for patient care or concern anymore. Since the merge, they have gone through a number of doctors and PA's and they all last about 30 days, unless you are well established, you will never see the same provider twice. I was a patient at the practice for many years. Things changed so much last year that I had to change doctors. There were too many disconnects list here. Basically, I stopped becoming a patient and became a return customer. 4 days after my newpatient orientation with my new primary care, I had a mild heart attack. I attribute this to the lack of care and caring by Rosequists office. Had I done this review 4 years ago or so, I might've given them 4 or 5 stars. Today, they one get only because no stars is not an option.
