I miss this being a family practice. I called today looking for a sick time appt and was told to go to Urgent Care. What's the point of having a Primary Care Dr, which this was my primary care for my entire family, if when you call sick they send you to Urgent Care? Which is a $100 conpay for me. Why even bother to have a Primary Dr?
Office people are just as useless as Dr Rosequist. They give no info on how or why they handle sick patient's in the way they do and refuse to help them after they send them away.
Dr. Rosequist is a 10☆ doctor and 20☆ person. He has cared for me and my family for 30+ years. His staff and team of specialists are top notch. He has literally save my life twice by way of referring me to wonderful surgeons. The health care system has evolved during the past 3 decades. I am so grateful that I engaged Dr. Bob many years ago.
RUN! Since being absorbed by Advent Health this practice has nosedived. The doctors and PA's have to see 8 patients an hour to keep up quota, I was told this by an attending doctor during an appointment. There is zero time for patient care or concern anymore. Since the merge, they have gone through a number of doctors and PA's and they all last about 30 days, unless you are well established, you will never see the same provider twice.
