I think what is most important to know about Dr. Nickerson is that he is very careful to listen to the patient's symptoms and makes every attempt to resolve issues in the least invasive way. His long term follow-up is encouraging and meaningful and communication is very clear. Dr. Nickerson is available and helpful when one has questions. I have been a patient (for different issues) for almost eight years.
Dr. Nickerson has been my doctor for 12 years now. My health issues are chronic, so i have to see him often. It's a 150 mile roundtrip drive in order to see him, and we would drive farther if needed. He is an outstanding physician, and he is patient, kind and understanding. His staff is friendly and they, too, are kind and willing to go the extra distance to help you. I don't know where I would be today if I hadn't been referred to Dr. Nickerson so many years ago. I recommend him highly!
