Provider was prompt and very kind.
The appointment itself with Dr. Burr was 5 stars. However, after receiving an email and text asking me to please be on time for my appointment, the doctor was 30 minutes late. That is unprofessional and unacceptable. If a patient is 30 minutes late, what would the clinic do? Yeah, that's right, they would cancel.
I liked Dr. Burr . He was very helpful . I have now made an appointment with Dr Steed as Dr Burr suggested.
