I worked with this gentleman for 18 months. My home had only 3 issues that needed to be addressed during this time... regardless of the minimal issues, Mr. Arroyo was very unprofessional and extremely slow at resolving issues. My property had wind damage in December, it is now April and Mr. Arroyo still has not found a solution.
