Had a terrible experience with Stylist/Colorist today: she was rude,cranky, and ripped through my hair and spent exactly 12 minutes on color and foil....have complained about color before and she put toner on blonde hair and made it brown....left message for Robert to explain the experience with no return call. Apparently; they are not concerned with my business or the business of others and friends...
