My visit with Dr. Jack was excellent. He listened to my concerns his bed side manner was exceptional. He explained everything and recommended a plan to help me get better. He had a great sense of humor and let’s admit he’s super handsome. I look forward to my follow up treatment. I was so impressed with him that I decided to get the steroid injection I was adamant that I would not have it done. He’s the best doctor ever.

I could not have chosen a better Orthopedic surgeon....I tell you he is absolutely the BEST there is. To choose right surgeon the 1st time is a BLESSING....his PA is up and coming and office staff is phenomenal!!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Robert Jack. This was first visit for my knee. I had an assistant come first, then a PA. After explaining everything, I was told, good to go. They gave me options for treatment. I never saw the doctor, when I asked if he had an emergency. I was told he is seeing another patient. I understand if I had a follow up and a PA sees me, but a first appointment???? Anyways, as a patient, if I scheduled for an appointment, and paid for one, I think it should have been delivered.
