Staff kept eye contact and had pleasant attitudes. Appt was on time. Doctor Swenson was very good to talk and explained what my options were. Fortunately it was best of what options he could have found. But he made a point to pause a second and tell me he was starting and let him know if it was uncomfortable. Great care and explanation of what expect for the healing process. I fully recommend Doctor Swenson.
Dr. Swensen is GREAT. He takes the time necessary to understand what you are dealing with then clearly explains what treatment(s) are advisable. Highly recommend Dr. Swensen
Dr Swensen is great. He takes the time to answer all your questions and explain optional treatments. Felt very comfortable with him from the very first visit. His medical assistant, Jamie, is also great; professional, knowledgeable and also very friendly. When Dr Gerber left St Als, I debated following him, but ultimately decided that I liked having all medical records in one place. So I decided to try Dr Swensen, and I haven’t been sorry.
