It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
