He mannerism is very friendly and he talks with you. I don’t feel like a number rushing to get me out of there.
Dr. Ruggiero, Jr replaced my left hip 8 weeks ago, following injections and other attempts to forestall the surgery. The procedure was very successful. I have never felt rushed when I have had my appointments, The practice is a popular one as the doctors are highly qualified and this can lead, on occasion, to longer than anticipated wait times. I would rather wait for a doctor in this practice than go elsewhere. They are that good.
I chose the right doctor to do a spinal fusion. I am totally happy with the results. Dr Ruggiero, Jr and his staff made me feel so comfortable. They took very good care of me. Dr Ruggiero checked on me frequently while I was in the hospital. My recovery is going well with no problems.
I’m so grateful to Dr. Ruggiero Jr. and his awesome office staff. I admire his commitment to his patients. He was in the office today during a snow storm and I am beyond grateful he stayed open. I was anxiously awaiting results and needed pain mgmt. he and his office staff were pleasant and kind and I know he was working until very late the night before! Thanks so much!

I'm thrilled to have found Dr. Ruggiero ,Jr. He's extremely competent, easy to talk to and I don't feel rushed at all like others do. I'd definitely recommend him.
Dr. Ruggiero Jr. is friendly enough and good at his job but it is like pulling teeth to get any response to requests for prescription refills . Also impossibly long waits for 5 minute appointments.

Be prepared to wait.....and wait. Have visited this practice, off and on, for over 10 years. An hour wait is a given. Always overbooked, curt and you're just another problem to be solved, not a person. Finally gave up.
I took my Mother to see Dr. Ruggiero for arthritis in her back. our first visit we waited about 30 minutes to be seen. When we went back for a follow up appointment, we arrived 5 minutes early for an 11:00 AM appointment and were still waiting to be seen at 12:00 PM! EVERY other person was taken before us, including patients that arrived after us. It is obvious that patients' time isnt considered important enough to change their scheduling policy. He seemed like a decent doctor, though.
