He may be a great chiropractor, but as a "doctor" I'm unsure. I was there once for a medical condition. He was against traditional medical testing to see if my problem actually existed - told me I didn't have that problem. The liquid diet, or whatever it was he gave me, made me dizzy, sick and disoriented on the second day. I had to stop his treatment. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Dr. Rakowski is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in his care. He was able to address both acute issues that needed help right away, as well as a long-term issue that had caused me pain for 15 years. I will be continuing in his care for a long time to come.

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, I got what was promised Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me! It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference!
