I found Dr. Mileski to be professional and understanding. He recommended options v. Total Knee Replacement, (TKR) which I was told I needed 10 years ago. We tried a few things, but my knee is just to injured to respond. Dr. Mileski is the one I would choose to perform the TKR.His office staff is also very good.
After having knee issues over the last 20 years I have complete confidence in Dr. Mileski. He is forward thinking, offers options and willing to try alternatives to put off total knee replacement. I have seen a great number of orthopedic surgeons over the years. Dr. Robert Mileski is one of the best. Office staff is equally excellent. Overall, this is a high quality practice.
I am a physician. At my first visit, I was misdiagnosed… Maybe due to preconceived judgments about my age, a lacking physical exam, or my inability to get an XR or MRI (1st tri pregnancy). Listened - helped with shoulder
As an occupational therapist, I had a good idea of who to see for my shoulder as I know whose patients do well and hear feedback on orthopedic docs all day. All the feedback I heard was correct, he immediately had a good idea on what was wrong and suggested treating it conservatively which I appreciated. Great communication and listening, very compassionate and understanding. Will definitely recommend.

Dr. Mileski is an impeccable surgeon and his bedside manner is amazing! Dr. Mileski performed bilateral shoulder replacements for my mom 6-7 years ago and also removed a fatty cyst that was causing her arm to fall asleep. His level of care leaves nothing to be desired. He is the Best of the Best. Dr. Mileski was very accessible and called us several times to check on my mom. Eva thanks you Dr. Mileski!
