I was scheduled for a cysoscopy, and was placed in a normal exam room. The doctor seemed not to know I was there for a follow-on procedure. He came to that conclusion after reviewing my chart and asked if I had come mentally prepared for one. There was some confusion at that point from one of the nurses who indicated they couldn't find some equipment to do the procedure that day and asked if I would be able to come back the next morning. But they evidently found what they needed and performed the procedure.
