Dr. Mariano has outstanding bedside mannerism. He made me feel very comfortable with him. His display of cincernment was shown. He made sure that I had a clear understanding of what he was talking about.
The lack of communication between UF Urology doctors and terrible administrative diligence. I was referred by Dr Bilaji for a prostate biopsy today with Dr Marino. I answered two texts verifying I would be there and received a call last night to make sure I did prep. When I got there they said they couldn't verify my insurance- in force with Ambetter- Marino tried to stall me while they did what should have been done two weeks ago- verify coverage. I will never go to UF Health again. Wish there were zero stars.
Dr Robert Marino is an excelente urologist. I would wholeheartedly recommend him
Dr Marino is an amazingly excellent, caring and compassionate medical professional who went out of his way to help the improvement of my well-being. The best physician I have ever encountered.
