Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Not really

Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Did you feel that your visit with the provider was time well spent? Absolutely yes Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

I was never uncomfortable Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes

They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider welcome questions? Was this dentist friendly? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.
