Friendly staff. Doc seemed at the time to be capable however did not deliver on what was discussed. As a result I am having more Issues than I walked in with. On top of that I will have too come out of pocket to see another surgeon. I am only leaving 2 stars for Staff and bedside manner In the beginning but after a mistake was indeed made that left and engagement became lethargic.
Try to Make an appointment. They needed my insurance info in order to schedule. I didn’t have that info on hand at the time. What bs.
If you’re looking for a surgeon Dr. Beaulieau is who you want! He is very professional, has an excellent bedside manner and knows what he is doing! I’ve had 3 surgeries done by him and couldn’t be happier! I’ve had my lazy eye corrected and my eyebrows lifted to make my eyes not so hooded. I’m forever grateful that he fixed my eyes. I’ve spent my whole life with a lazy eye. Now when I look in the mirror it blows my mind! My eye is open as much as my healthy eye now. God bless him!❤️
He was nice and professional. The office lady is nice. They took off a skin tag on my eye lid, plus a little vericose vein on my eye lid. He did a good job. Explains everything easily.
I really can't speak higher of Dr. Robert Beaulieu. He is an amazing Dr. I had eye surgery at The Surgery Center in Flint. Dr. Beaulieu left no questions unanswered for me. It was so worth the hour and a half drive to have him do my surgery. I highly recommend Him and will always only tell others of the great service I received. He truly cares about his patients and treats you so very kind. His smile is contagious and so very much appreciated. And apparently I hate leaches (inside joke).
