I have been a patient with Dr. Robens for approximately7 years. I have MS. The first neurologist I saw was so arrogant my husband and I couldn't wait to get out of the room. He is patient, truly a gentle and kind man, and I trust him explicitly. I was terrified of a spinal tap due to a bad experience. Took Dr. Robens 3 years to convince me to have one. Geesh. Didn't hurt a bit. I refer people to him all the time. Everyone I know loves him.
Caring, empathetic, takes his time d so helpful. Wonderful office staff.

Dr. Robens was a second opinion and I am so glad I followed up with him. He provided me with a better medical plan, medication that allowed me to feel in control of my migraines and finally controlled my seizures. As a patient I appreciate his time and willingness to really figure out what is wrong. We got to the root of the issues and he won’t let you leave until you feel comfortable with the regimen of care. I always leave with a plethora of knowledge as well, which I appreciate.
Dr. Robens has been wonderful!! For 13 years I have suffered with a combination of headaches that affect me 24/7 and I live at about an 8 on the 1-10 pain scale! He has been aggressive about getting me into specialist and addressing my pain!
I have had Dr. Robens now for a year and a half, as my neurologist for MS. He's the 4th neurologist I've had in the last 20 years, and in the short time I've had him, I know he's the Dr., for me. I hope he always stays with Munson Hospital, because I've finally got "that Dr.," we all look so hard to find and some never do. He talks to me like a real person, listens TO ME, not at me (a lot of you know what I mean), and goes the extra mile to consider each symptom I bring to him. Thank you God ?
He is always on top of things and takes a prudent approach to care.
He is wonderful! I have Ms and he is a very empathetic physician. Caring, not arrogant as many neurologists are and he ALWAYS takes time to explain things, not just to the patient but to the family as well. I have recommended him to several people and the all loved him. Do not let one bad review keep you away!
Stay away!!! He loses interest and the staff is rude. In the 10 years my mother has been under his care, he hasn't been aggressive enough to find out what is going on. Big waste of time and money.
