There was a cockroach on the ground. 🤮 I ordered a smoothie and then was so grossed out by the fiasco that I couldn't drink the smoothie. I called to get a receipt or a refund, but was told that nothing could be done by a non-manager. Why?? So gross. My fault for not leaving immediately, but also... such bad customer service.

This is my favorite Robeks. Jennifer is the sweetest, friendliest most attentive person and it's always a joy to see her in the mornings when I'm trying to get a nutritious breakfast.
I come here pretty often and the service is always fast. I usually order the Acai Energizer smoothie and Avocado & Egg toast and they are always fresh and tasty. Definitely one of my go-to spots for breakfast!!!!
