When a customer is calling several times to get assistance, you should answer the phone. Especially because part of my order was missing and for the amount I paid. Lost a customer with the lack of effort and lack of customer service.

Overpriced . Ridiculous overpriced. Robeks increased their prices 100%. 2 smoothies and 2 small bowls of smoothie with 4 banana's slices and a very tiny scoop of peanut butter all for $50. I used to get the same products last year for $25. I could have 2 fajitas en Guapos for the same amount or buy ingredients to make smoothies for a whole week lol. Good but Robeks :)

I accidentally ordered pickup on Grubhub instead of delivery, and when I called, this location was extremely prompt and friendly and offered me a refund even though the order was through a third party. Robeks Springfield you will always be famous!!!!!!

Updated Review: I really appreciate the recent improvement—lately, the smoothies have been spot-on, and I can tell they’re following the measurements posted on the wall. Thank you for the consistency! That said, I’ve noticed in the past that the quality of my smoothie varied depending on who was preparing it. When the manager is present, everything tastes great.
