The green juice I ordered tasted like literal water so I asked for a new drink and was met with an attitude (even tho I said thank you, no response) and even after the second drink it just wasn’t good. This chain definitely doesn’t use quality ingredients
The "Nuts about Protein" was watered down. I asked for a small portion of honey and peanut butter in a separate cup so that I can add it to my shake. They wanted to charge me after almost spending $10 on my shake. I requested a refund and of course they said "no" I only took 2-3 sips of the shake. Poor customer service and it has an odor. I will never return to this location!
We ordered smoothies last week and they were less than stellar. We've never had an issue, but I left my feedback for thr store. The owner was very kind and told me to let him know when I could pick up a new order and said how sorry they were. We picked them up today and they were delish and perfect! Sometimes things happen, and they took care of this in the best way possible, which I appreciate greatly!
