Actually crazy. Walked on to an employee sitting down. I greet him twice and he doesn’t say a word, actually not a single word. I ask if a smoothie has caffeine and he says he doesn’t know. He asks his co worker who then asks me what. I ask them again if the smoothie has caffeine and say I don’t know. $12 smoothies and the person making them doesn’t know what’s in them ?
I absolutely love this smoothie shop! The owner is a gem and really makes the place special. The staff are all incredibly sweet and welcoming, making each visit a pleasure. This shop has quickly become one of my favorites—especially their Nuts About Protein and 800 Pound Gorilla smoothies, which are absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a great smoothie and a warm, friendly atmosphere!
So I’m a Robeks veteran. I started working at one when I was like 17 and it hands down had my favorite smoothies and juices. The bloomingdale location and the once across the street from the mall closed a long time ago and I was super bummed. When I heard a while back that there was a downtown location, I was so excited. Great smoothies. Terrible straws.
I came here on January 26 to get an acai bowl. It was great. I was going on a cruise, so this was my breakfast choice before the cruise. After my cruise was finished. I decided to walk back to Robeks. Its within walking distance to the cruise port. I got a smoothie this time. Both acai bowl and smoothie were great.
